The purpose is to recognize the efforts of those who spend the time and money in the promotion of an animal they have acquired from my breeding, and therefore are contributing to the promotion of my program.
Offer is valid ONLY for those who have purchased an GLA bred animal directly from me and have a completed sales contract or Bill of Sale on file - seller may be listed as Alexis Lunsford, God's Little Acre or GLA. Third party sales are not included. Also these rebates are only offered once per rebate, per animal. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

- Completed lactation record (milk test) $25 for completing, an additional $25 if achieving a star (for a total of $50)
- Shows - Live or V-Show $15 (V=virtual shows sponsored by MDGA or TMGR - and must be verifiable through either.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF GOATS
GLA is a disease-free herd and tested annually to verify.
The herd is tested annually for CAE, CL, Brucellosis and Johne's, and a copy of the most recent test results will come with your paperwork. All goats are sold registered, unless otherwise noted in their individual description, either with ADGA or MDGA (as appropriate.) Registered kids are disbudded and tattooed.
A Health Certificate is usually required when crossing state lines - this is an added cost at buyer's expense and will need to be paid at the time of pick up. (cost will depend on actual vet charge at time of visit - whenever possible, several will be scheduled at the same time to lower the actual cost to each buyer.) Please be sure you understand that this is a requirement for the buyer to request a Health Certificate & I will call the vet out at the buyers expense.
All sales will require a signed contract that will clearly state the agreement and requirements of both God's Little Acre (seller) and the Buyer. Contracts will be sent upon the receipt of deposit and will need to be signed and returned within ten (10) days or the transaction will be considered void. Contracts can be sent via Email or Ground mail. A Bill of Sale will be given the day of the animals pickup.
Deposits:
A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to hold an animal until final payment is made at time of pickup. Deposits made 10 days in advance of pickup can be made by personal check. Deposits made within less than 10 days of pickup must be made by cash or via *PayPal.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due in cash at time of pickup. If the buyer prefers, final payment can be made via *PayPal in advance of pickup, provided we are notified and can send the invoice at least 24 hours prior to pick up.
